Light ST
Built with synthetic fiber reinforcement, this entry-level solution delivers LCLRCRT performance from 36 bar (522 psi) to 45 bar (653 psi). Perfect for applications requiring reliable performance at lower to moderate pressures without breaking the budget.
Light ST
This Gas Tight variant incorporates all the benefits of Light ST with an integrated bonded aluminum barrier layer. This innovative design prevents light components and gas molecules from permeating through the pipe wall, delivering the industry’s only truly gas-tight FCP solution in this pressure class.
Classic ST
Utilizing synthetic fiber reinforcement technology, Classic series pipes achieve LCLRCRT ratings between 90 bar (1305 psi) and 113 bar (1639 psi). The completely metal-free construction makes this series particularly well-suited for demanding applications in harsh environments.
Classic GT
Enhanced with a bonded aluminum barrier layer, this version prevents gas permeation while maintaining all the structural advantages of the Classic series. An optimal choice for long- distance natural gas transmission where permeation control is critical.
Heavy ST
Engineered with high-strength steel wire reinforcement, the Heavy series pushes performance boundaries with burst pressure ratings from 243 bar (3524 psi) up to 450 bar (6527 psi). When your application demands maximum pressure capability for fluid transport, this is your solution.
Heavy GT
Specifically engineered for hydrocarbon transportation, the Heavy Gas Tight pipe maintains all Heavy series specifications while incorporating an aluminum barrier that completely blocks permeation of hazardous substances including BTX compounds and H₂S.

Matching the specifications of Heavy ST while operating at elevated temperatures, this High
Temperature variant handles design temperatures up to 105°C (225°F) – a performance level unmatched in the flexible composite pipe market.
Hydrogen Tight H₂T
SoluForce has pioneered the development of spoolable RTP/FCP systems certified for hydrogen service. Currently approved for hydrogen applications at operating pressures up to 52 bar (with 88-bar versions in development), this represents a world-first achievement in hydrogen transportation infrastructure. The system’s significantly reduced carbon footprint compared to traditional alternatives makes it a key enabler for green hydrogen distribution and sustainable energy initiatives.

Electrofusion Fitting Technology
The connection systems for SoluForce Light, Classic, and Heavy pipes utilize advanced
electrofusion technology. This approach enables secure joints at pressures reaching 125 bar (1813 psi) while requiring minimal equipment and crew. These completely non-metallic fittings eliminate corrosion concerns, install quickly, and provide maintenance-free service throughout their operational life. CENEC provides detailed guidance on integrating SoluForce systems with existing infrastructure. We supply all necessary equipment and technical support. Connection options include various flange ratings, with steel components manufactured to your specified material requirements.
End Fitting Flange
Designed for seamless connection to existing infrastructure, this fitting features a stainless steel flange with electrofused pipe connection. A protective PA sleeve ensures transported fluids never contact the steel components. Available in multiple flange ratings – contact CENEC for specifications.
Inline Coupling
Purpose-built for durability, this fully non-metallic electrofusion coupling joins two SoluForce pipe sections while ensuring transported materials remain isolated from any metallic contact.
Inline Coupling Pipe-to-Pipe
This versatile reconnectable system features stainless steel connectors with electrofusion end- fittings. The reusable design allows pipeline disassembly and reconnection as needed. PA sleeves prevent fluid contact with metal parts. Compatible with SoluForce Heavy solutions as well.
