Reinforced with synthetic fibre. SoluForce Light has a LCLRCRT ranging from 36 bar/ 522 psi up to 45 bar/ 653 psi. SoluForce Light provides an excellent and low cost solution for low to medium pressure.
Reinforced with synthetic fibre, SoluForce Classic has a LCLRCRT ranging from 90/ 1305 psi up to 113 bar/ 1639 psi. Being fully metal-free it is ideal for even the toughest applications. The GT (Gas Tight) version has the added benefit of being non-permeable.
Reinforced with high-strength steel wire, SoluForce Heavy has a Pburst,min ranging from 243 bar/ 3524 psi up to 450 bar/ 6527 psi. The GT (Gas Tight) version has the added benefit of being non-permeable, and the HT (Hight Temperature) version can transport fluids at temperatures of up to 105°C/225°F – a level of performance unmatched by any other flexible composite pipe available today.
With a uniquely manufactured bonded aluminum layer, light components and gasses are not able to permeate out of the SoluForce GT pipe. Resulting in the industries only completely Gas Tight Flexible Composite Pipe (or RTP) system.
SoluForce has developed a spoolable Reinforced Thermoplastic industrial Piping system (RTP, also known as FCP) for hydrogen applications. The SoluForce FCP has been certified for hydrogen applications up to 42 bar of operating pressure.
Our SoluForce Heavy HT has a design temperature of 105°C/ 225°F and actual operating temperature of 85°C/ 185°F- a level of performance unmatched by. any other Flexible Composite Pipe (or RTP) available today.

Electrofusion Fitting Technology
The connection systems for SoluForce Light, Classic, and Heavy pipes utilize advanced
electrofusion technology. This approach enables secure joints at pressures reaching 125 bar (1813 psi) while requiring minimal equipment and crew. These completely non-metallic fittings eliminate corrosion concerns, install quickly, and provide maintenance-free service throughout their operational life. CENEC provides detailed guidance on integrating SoluForce systems with existing infrastructure. We supply all necessary equipment and technical support. Connection options include various flange ratings, with steel components manufactured to your specified material requirements.
Designed for seamless connection to existing infrastructure, this fitting features a stainless steel flange with electrofused pipe connection. A protective PA sleeve ensures transported fluids never contact the steel components. Available in multiple flange ratings – contact CENEC for specifications.
Purpose-built for durability, this fully non-metallic electrofusion coupling joins two SoluForce pipe sections while ensuring transported materials remain isolated from any metallic contact.
This versatile reconnectable system features stainless steel connectors with electrofusion end- fittings. The reusable design allows pipeline disassembly and reconnection as needed. PA sleeves prevent fluid contact with metal parts. Compatible with SoluForce Heavy solutions as well.
