High Pressure Flexible Composite Pipes

SoluForce Flexible Composite Pipe (FCP also known as Reinforced Thermoplastic Pipe or RTP) solutions are comprehensive yet economic. For example, you can opt for pipes-and-fittings only, or extend this with a range of services and support. These include installation equipment for rent or purchase, and training of international and local workforces in the use of the SoluForce system. All so you can speed up installation and reduce your labour needs – safely. We can also assist you with project management and help you find the right people for your project. Or a combination of the above.
In addition to our conventional high-performance pipes, we also offer Gas Tight (GT) versions of SoluForce Classic and Heavy and a High Temperature (HT) version of SoluForce Heavy.
Because the SoluForce system can be completely non-metallic, including the fitting system, they are scaling- and corrosion free. All SoluForce pipe systems have a smooth bore, which ensures a much lower flow-resistance and improved flow capacity. Moreover, their resistance to third party interference, earthquakes and landslides has been extensively proven and verified.
All SoluForce solutions comply with international standards (including API and ISO).

Light ST
Reinforced with synthetic fibre, SoluForce Light has a LCLRCRT ranging from 36 bar (522 psi) up to 45 bar (653 psi). Solu Force Light provides a excellent and low cost solution for low to medium pressure.

Light ST
The GT – Gas Tight version has the same properties and the Light ST and additional a uniquely manufactured bonded aluminium layer. Light components and gasses are not able to permeate out of the Soluforce GT pipe. Resulting in the industries only completely Gas Tight FCP system.

Classic ST
Reinforced with synthetic fibre, SoluForce Light has a LCLRCRT ranging from 36 bar (522 psi) up to 45 bar (653 psi). Solu Force Light provides a excellent and low cost solution for low to medium pressure.

Classic ST
With a uniquely manufactured bonded aluminium layer, light components and gasses are not able to permeate out of the Soluforce Classic GT pipe. Making it ideal for long distance natural gas pipelines.

Heavy ST
Reinforced with high-strength steel wire, Soluforce Heavy has a Pburst minimum of 243 bar (3524 psi) up to 450 bar (6527 psi). Pushing the boundaries even further for high-pressure fluid transport.

Heavy GT
The Soluforce Heavy Gas Tight (GT) pipe is designed with the needs of hydrocarbon transportation in mind. The SoluForce Heavy GT has the same specifications as the Heavy, but also contains an aluminium barrier layer to completely stop the permeation of hazardous and toxic components like BTX and H2S.

Heavy GT
The SoluForce Heavy High Temperature (HT) has the same specifications as the Heavy ST but pushes the boundaries even further. The Heavy HT pipe has a design temperature of 105°C/225ºF – a level of performance unmatched by any other flexible composite pipe available today.

Hydrogen Tight H2T
SoluForce has developed a spoolable Reinforced Thermoplastic industrial Piping system (RTP, also known as FCP) for hydrogen applications. The SoluForce FCP has been certified for hydrogen applications up to 52 bar of operating pressure (soon with a version up to 88bar). Unique in the world of hydrogen transport and a global first. With a significantly lower CO2 eq. footprint compared to alternatives, this ready to use pipeline solution has a major impact on the feasibility of (green) hydrogen and a sustainable energy mix.
